UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a PT Sales Manager to drive personal training sales and lead our Fitness team at the Pittsburgh club. You will help members find the right training program, coach our trainers, and grow a core revenue stream.

This is a sales and leadership role, not a training role. Responsibilities include selling training packages, conducting consultations, and aligning client goals with the best trainer.

Competenze

• Experience selling fitness memberships or personal training packages.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of training, recovery, and supplements is not required but helpful.

Mansioni

• Sell personal training packages to new and current members.
• Run fitness consultations and assessments, then follow up to close.
• Sell memberships, recovery services, and supplements.
• Match new clients with the right trainer and keep trainer schedules full.
• Coach trainers on selling, renewing, and keeping clients.
• Track daily results and lead the team to hit monthly goals.
• Deliver a great experience to every member.
