Job summary

UFC GYM Pittsburgh is seeking a PT Sales Manager to drive personal training sales and lead the Fitness team. You’ll help members find the right training program, coach trainers, and grow one of the most important parts of our club. This is a sales and leadership role, not a training role.

This role requires a proven ability to coach and motivate a team, with strong communication and a focus on achieving monthly targets. Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Pay and Perks

• Hourly base pay
• Commission on your personal sales, up to 15% on new PT agreements
• Monthly team bonus when club goals are met
