UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh seeks a Fitness Manager to ensure a positive member experience, lead a team of coaches, and drive revenue through personal training and supplements. You will supervise scheduling, timekeeping, and enforce club policies while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, daily goal setting, member tours, training agreements, and resolving issues. Requires CPR/AED, at least one cert, and a high school diploma; four-year degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Personal Training from assessment to program design.
• Ability to operate and adjust fitness equipment.
• Understanding of company policies and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Staffing and development: recruit, hire and train a strong team of coaches.
• Club administration: set goals and drive performance to meet financial targets.
• Staff meetings: hold daily/weekly reviews and provide direction.
• Member service: tours, explain services, sign training agreements, handle complaints.
• Administrative duties: scheduling, timekeeping, and record keeping.
• Sell and conduct personal training and supplement revenue.
• Ensure compliance with club procedures and safety standards.
