Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Ambassador for our Round Rock store to deliver personalized customer service and styling experiences while supporting sales goals. You will build lasting client relationships and contribute to team success through coaching, clienteling, and maintaining store standards.

In this in-store role, you will understand customer needs, share product knowledge, and provide thoughtful styling recommendations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
