Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Ambassador to create personalized lifestyle experiences for customers through product knowledge and thoughtful styling. You will build relationships, drive clienteling, and help achieve store goals.

In this role you will support a positive, inclusive environment, uphold visual standards, and contribute to team training and company initiatives. Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is required to serve our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer sales and clienteling preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and to stand, walk, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
