Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
