The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and personalized styling to drive sales and cultivate lasting client relationships. This part‑time, in‑store role focuses on clienteling, merchandising, and supporting team goals while coaching brand ambassadors and participating in store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service and styling recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Drive individual sales performance and support store sales plans and KPIs.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and support Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain visual standards and present merchandise following company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training activities.
• Balance operational tasks while prioritizing an excellent in‑store customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high‑volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and team members.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for clienteling; digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Ability to work across the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cashwrap and office areas.
