Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and personalized styling to build lasting client relationships and drive sales. This part-time retail role leverages CRM and digital tools to support clienteling and individual business growth while contributing to overall store performance. The Sales Ambassador also supports visual standards, team training, and store initiatives and can serve as an entry point to management roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) to support monthly and annual store plans.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer‑centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute company visual guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and support hiring and training activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM platforms preferred.
