Responsibilities

1. Prepare salad bar items: cut fruit, set up, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
2. Ensure all food safety standards are met for the salad bar.
3. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements at the start of each shift.
4. Receive, store, and stock items appropriately.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Learn to operate necessary equipment and perform all functions safely.
• Wear proper uniform and footwear as approved.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continual cycles.
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; category IV: up to 35 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%; walk about 45%; sit 0%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements
