Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare items for the salad bar, including cutting fruit, setting up the salad bar, and maintaining stock and freshness.
2. Ensure all food safety standards are met for the salad bar.
3. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements at the start of each shift.
4. Receive, store, and stock items appropriately.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform job duties and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to learn and safely operate required equipment and tools.
• Willingness to wear proper uniform and shoes approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continuous.
• Lift/carry: up to 25 lbs. regularly, 35 lbs. as needed.
• Stand approximately 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Team members should understand and follow company policies as outlined in the policy manual and employee handbook.
