Responsibilities

1. Prepare items for the salad bar, including fruit cutting, setup, and maintaining stock and freshness.
2. Ensure all food safety standards are met for the salad bar.
3. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies at the start of each shift, and comply with PPE requirements.
4. Receive, store, and stock items appropriately.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand job duties and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Learn to operate necessary equipment and perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 4 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continual cycles of activity.
• Lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; category IV: up to 35 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55% of the time; walk about 45%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in the manual and handbook.
