Job summary

Paper Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead (Part-Time) in Richmond, VA to model great selling behaviors and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will mentor CSAs, lead by example, and collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

You will manage in-store operations, participate in visual merchandising, and communicate effectively to drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences with friendly, informed service.
• Ensure a vibrant store through Visual Merchandising & Replenishment standards.
• Leverage campaigns and services to actively sell and engage with customers.
• Help develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their understanding of store areas.
• Direct work and manage receiving, returns and other day-to-day processes, and manage shrink/expense.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations and share with the team.
• Communicate effectively with the store team and give feedback when appropriate.
• Drive results during MOD segments, delivering sales and behaviors meeting targets.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment during MOD periods.
• Open and close the building, ensuring safety of employees and customers.
• Ensure compliance to company standards including asset protection.
• Work on selling floor with physical activity.
