• Ensure a vibrant store through the flawless execution of Visual Merchandising & Replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation.
• Leverage campaigns and services to actively sell and engage customers in conversation.
• Help develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their understanding of different store areas.
• Direct work with timely management of receiving, returns and day-to-day processes; monitor shrink and expenses.
