Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude is a must. The Receptionist is responsible for basic office paperwork, answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, and other tasks as needed.Reports To: Office Manager or Assistant Office ManagerJob Duties:Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person/department.Greet guests and assist as necessary.Various housekeeping duties such as making coffee, wiping down tables, etc.Keeping an accurate count of petty cash.Other duties as assigned.Exemption Status:The Receptionist is a non-exempt position.
