Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for an outpatient clinic in Ellicott City, MD. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling and mentorship.

The team provides diverse clinical experiences with orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports rehab, plus ongoing professional development and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license‑eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patient‑centered focus.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn with outpatient rehabilitation interest.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands‑on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations ~60 minutes.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT and participate in ongoing clinical development.
