Job summary

The role offers both full-time and part-time options with a patient-centered approach, collaborative team, and opportunities for mentorship and growth. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, using evidence-based practices, with a focus on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) in Maryland
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT, with an additional 30 minutes available daily when needed
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development
