HealthPRO Heritage is hiring a Full-Time Program Manager - Physical Therapist to join an Assisted Living community in Saddle River, NJ. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings and no weekends, while making a real difference in residents' lives.

Licensed Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and lead a team delivering high-quality rehab services across settings, with responsibilities including clinical oversight, program development, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or related healthcare field.
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Maintain clinical caseload and ensure high-quality therapy services per regulatory standards (CARF, JCAHO).
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead marketing with hospitals and the community.
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure coverage.
• Investigate and resolve patient or staff issues and provide ongoing staff education.
• Maintain knowledge of laws/regulations governing rehabilitation and ensure infection control and safety.
