Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in Panama City, FL. You choose when you work, while remaining part of a team led by experienced clinicians who understand quality care. Starting 1/1/27, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate families in a supportive environment.

Position offers Daytime PRN shifts at St. Andrews Bay Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Panama City, FL, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• DPT required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of experience as Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
