Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team serving residents at St. Andrews Bay Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Panama City, FL.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an active state license, and NPTE eligibility. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs to prevent injuries and support recovery.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
