Job summary

Qualifications

• DPT degree required and license to practice in the state.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy license; NPTE required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care.
• Educates patients and families on home exercises and prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
