Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Monticello, MN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a therapist-led network devoted to high-quality patient care.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), an active state PT license with NPTE, and preference for 1 year of experience.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
