Continuum Therapy Partners in Northfield, MN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a full-time daytime schedule at Three Links Care Center. You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients on home exercise programs.

A DPT is required; NPTE must be passed; 1 year experience preferred. Excellent benefits provided.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE required
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience preferred

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
