Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist in Morris, MN to join a team committed to patient-centered care. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), a current state license, and NPTE examination completion.

A minimum one year of PT experience is preferred as you evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans. The position offers a daytime, full-time schedule at West Wind Village, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k
