You will evaluate, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families on home programs, and coordinate with other disciplines for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
