Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our expanding network in Ohio. The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a current state license, with NPTE passed.

At least one year of PT experience is preferred, with responsibilities including evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care. You will document progress, educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
