Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team at the Columbus, OH location. The role emphasizes evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, and coordinating with other disciplines to drive outcomes.

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a current state license with NPTE. One year of PT experience is preferred, and licensure reimbursement is provided along with a full benefits package.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
