Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for its Verona, PA facility. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, an active state license, and NPTE eligibility. A minimum of 1 year of PT experience is preferred.

You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress. Educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention is part of the role, with daytime PRN scheduling at Seneca Place
