Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Marshfield, WI. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, a current state license, and NPTE eligibility.

Experience is preferred, with duties including evaluating patients, creating and following through on treatment plans, and educating families on home exercise programs. The position offers full benefits, a sign-on bonus option, and licensure reimbursement, with daytime, on-site work at Marshfield Health

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
