Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist in Milwaukee, with positions at Maple Ridge Health Services and St. Francis. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, document progress, and educate families on home exercise programs. A DPT and state license are required; a minimum of one year of PT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
