Job summary

Flagstar Rehab is seeking Physical Therapists to join skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise PTAs under your direction.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/Per Diem), a quick interview process, and comprehensive benefits. Hourly pay ranges from $43 to $55, with weekly direct deposit and ongoing professional support to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Current NJS PT License and Registration
• Valid BLS Certification
• EMR software competence
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow under your supervision.
• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
• Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.
