Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in Rome, GA. You will join a team led by experienced therapists who value quality care and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
