Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead therapy center operations, manage a full patient caseload, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving growth through local marketing to referral sources.

The role reports to Manager of Clinical Operations or Clinical Operations Director and offers incentives, yearly bonuses, development support, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
