True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in California to lead therapy center operations and a full patient caseload. You will supervise staff, drive growth through local marketing, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality care.

The role includes supervising staff, managing budgets and patient care, and maintaining documentation and safety standards in a fast-paced clinical environment. California licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Proven leadership, clinical problem-solving, and Windows-based system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
