Qualifications

- Current state licensure and CPR certification.

- Basic proficiency with Windows-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
- Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
- Compliance: Adhere to state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
