You will evaluate and treat patients, ensure high-quality care, maintain thorough documentation, and oversee facility maintenance and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
