Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to lead therapy center operations and manage a full patient caseload in a compliant, growth-oriented environment. You will oversee staff, drive performance, and ensure high-quality care within regulatory standards.

You will supervise therapists and aides, manage budgets and profitability, and coordinate local marketing efforts to grow referral sources while maintaining OSHA-compliant facility operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Credentials: Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills: Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency with Windows-based systems.
• Physical: Able to stand/walk, transfer patients safely, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
