True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Treating Center Manager (PT/OT) in Elk Grove, CA to lead operations for a therapy center and manage a full patient caseload.

You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides while driving center profitability and growth through local referrals. The role requires active state licensure, CPR certification, and strong leadership with experience in clinical care, documentation, and compliance with Medicare and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, OSHA safety.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment calibration and supply ordering.
