Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review changes to member data and document on core system; report errors weekly.
• Review new member accounts and deposits for compliance; report items weekly.
• Manage undeliverable mail and update core system with required actions.
• Review debit/credit cards and forms; prepare weekly accuracy reports.
• Perform quality reviews in allocations, loan payments, HSA/IRA; generate reports.
• Back up duties as needed and stay current with procedures.
