Job summary

Triangle Credit Union in Nashua, NH seeks an Operations Quality Review Specialist to perform routine data reviews and support financial management within the Operations department. Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and tact.
• Must be able to operate 10-key calculator by touch and know PC spreadsheet software.
• Experience with core data software.

Responsibilities

• Review member data changes and update core system.
• Process new member accounts and shares per policies.
• Manage undeliverable mail and alert staff.
• Review debit/credit cards and velocity forms for accuracy.
• Perform quality reviews in allocations, loan payments, HSA, IRA; produce weekly reports.
