Premier America Credit Union is seeking an Operations Services Specialist to assist with the operation of credit union branches and services. This role requires effective communication across all management levels and maintaining compliance with policies.

You will be responsible for processing various requests, reviewing deposits, and managing member documents. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in credit unions, along with strong math and

Qualifications

• Two years of credit union experience preferred with one year minimum of similar experience.
• Solid math and bookkeeping abilities.
• Microsoft Office suite skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from internal departments including check copies and fee reversals.
• Assist in reviewing Mobile/ATM deposits and necessary adjustments.
• Complete daily remittance processing and manual posting.
• Scan and index all member documents as requested.
• Process incoming mail requests including account closures and deposits.
• Process loan payoffs and send appropriate documents.
• Process ACH originations requests.
• Assist with account charge-offs and provide recommendations.
• Process levies, garnishments, and money judgments.
• Maintain communication and coordination with Credit Union staff.
