Job summary

Triangle Credit Union in Nashua, NH seeks a Compliance Specialist for full-time onsite work. The role supports the Compliance Department, maintaining regulatory adherence across lending, deposits, and operations, and assists with monitoring, research, and documentation.

Responsibilities include managing the documents library, retention programs, policy updates, subpoena processing, and answering routine compliance questions.

Qualifications

• Experience 1–3 years in compliance or related role.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent training.
• Familiarity with federal consumer protection regulations (Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg B, Reg E, RESPA, HMDA).
• Strong written and verbal communication, discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the library of letters, forms, notices, and disclosures, ensuring current versions are used and updated as regulations change.
• Review marketing materials, disclosures, forms, and member communications for regulatory accuracy prior to publication.
• Manage document retention program and approval workflows within the DMS, verifying retention requirements before destruction.
• Review policies for regulatory compliance and assist with impact assessments and policy updates.
• Process subpoenas, levies, garnishments, and other law enforcement requests with proper documentation.
• Answer routine compliance questions from staff and assist with examinations, audits, and internal reviews.
• Serve as a cross-trained backup to the BSA/AML team, handling alert reviews, SAR/CTR support, and EDD during absences.
