Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the operations of a physical therapy office preferred.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coverage and duties of the PT BSS Specialists at each location.
• Assist with problem solving at satellite locations by making regular site visits.
• Complete annual reviews for PT BSS at the Wolf River and Germantown PT locations.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to streamline workflow.
• Consistently communicate workflow updates to all BSS staff.
• Assists with payroll and schedule management as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
