Campbell Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapy BSS Coordinator to manage front desk coverage and lead operations across Germantown and satellite sites. The role focuses on coordinating PT Business Services Specialists and solving workflow challenges in multiple clinics.

You'll assist with payroll and scheduling, perform site visits, and drive quality assurance while maintaining clear communication with staff. A collaborative team environment and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the operations of a physical therapy office favored.
• Must be computer literate with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coverage and duties of PT BSS Specialists at each location.
• Make regular site visits to satellite locations for problem solving.
• Complete annual reviews for PT BSS at specified locations.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance to streamline workflow.
• Communicate workflow updates to BSS staff.
• Assist with payroll and schedule management as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work cooperatively with others and perform other duties as assigned.
