Primary Purpose

The main responsibility is to clean office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, remove trash, operate floor cleaners and power washers, and clean spills.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces.
6. Clean mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in break rooms and restrooms.
7. Resupply items as needed.
8. Use floor cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Willing to learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.
• Complete the company's introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adhere to performance and attendance standards.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the role.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
