Primary Purpose

The main responsibility of this role is to clean office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, remove trash, operate floor cleaners and power washers, and clean up spills.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements at the start of each shift.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference spaces.
3. Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment.
6. Resupply items as needed.
7. Use floor cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to learn and operate required equipment and tools.
• Complete the company's introductory period (30 or 60 days).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance.
• Perform all duties safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the job.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Maximum physical exertion: continual.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45% of the time.
• Category IV physical demands.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements
