Spieldenner Financial Group - Mortgage Protection Sales Opportunity

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking a dedicated business partner to help revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our philosophy centers on improving lives through family protection, personal and professional growth, and leadership training.

The Day-To-Day:

1. Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage, scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection options.
2. Research: 4-5 hours per week analyzing client information to tailor financial solutions for death or disability scenarios.
3. Meeting with Families: 2 days per week (virtually or in-person) to present coverage options, discuss details, and assist with applications.
4. Administrative: 2 hours per week following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only sales position. The average commission per mortgage protection policy is approximately $600. Full-time agents typically sell 5-10 plans weekly. We also offer additional financial products for retirement savings, with extensive training provided. Our compensation includes uncapped commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for incentives and trips based on performance.
