Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals to join us as sales representatives, helping us revolutionize the Mortgage Protection Industry. Our mission focuses on improving lives through family protection, personal growth, and leadership training.

The Day-To-Day

1. Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage, scheduling meetings to discuss mortgage protection options.
2. Research: 4-5 hours per week analyzing client information to customize financial solutions for death or disability scenarios.
3. Meeting with Families: 2 days per week, either virtually or in-person, to present coverage options, discuss details, and assist with applications.
4. Administrative Tasks: 2 hours per week following up with insurance carriers to facilitate underwriting processes.

Requirements
