Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Inpatient Rehabilitation: Physical & Occupational Therapy. The role requires state licensure, BLS, and a degree in Physical Therapy, with a 40-hour work week and weekend coverage on occasion.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Maintains continuing education requirements per state standards.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Responsabilités

• Provide age-appropriate patient care across the life span.
• Perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary evaluations as needed.
• Establish an evidence-based patient care plan and interventions.
• Set functional goals with patient and caregiver; monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers; provide home exercise guidance.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing info.

Formation

Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited institution

Physical Therapy License (state of employment)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
