Job summary

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation: physical & occupational therapy. This 40-hour/week role requires a North Carolina license and CPR/BLS cert, with a preference for an MS or DPT.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with a bachelor’s degree.
• MS degree or DPT preferred.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina and CPR/BLS Level C certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment.
• Ensures evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and according to the Standard of Practice.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation and completes required notes and discharge summaries.
• Meets department financial and productivity standards and adjusts schedules to patient/department needs.
• Promotes professional development and participates in process improvements and safety initiatives.
