Advocate Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina for 40 hours per week in Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation, Clemmons Medical Plaza. Flexible schedule includes one weekend per month for inpatient or outpatient work.

Competitive base compensation within $38.20-$57.30 per hour, with full-time benefits. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required every two years.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients; develop comprehensive, functional treatment plans with realistic goals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation: evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and education records.
• Meet department productivity standards and adjust schedules to patient/department needs.
• Participate in quality improvement to optimize service delivery and efficiency.
• Promote professional development and provide in-service training to staff.
• Supervise PT and PTA students to develop clinical skills and ensure quality care.
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers.
• Adhere to hospital standards to foster a collaborative work environment.
